Industrial Land Readiness Revolving Loans for preparation of “shovel-ready” industrial sites for major manufacturing projects.
Through the ODOT, the Transportation & Port Funding projects, Connect Oregon for infrastructure like bridges, docks, and rail spurs, as well as matching funding via Connect Oregon Federal Grant Match (a dedicated fund to help Oregon entities meet the “local match” requirements for massive federal grants like the PIDP or INFRA grants mentioned above.
Planning & Land Development (via the DLCD) provides Technical Assistance (TA) to get projects through the permitting phase and offers Wetlands Technical Assistance Grants and Community Green Infrastructure Projects.
