About Funding 

With decades of experience working with funding agencies such as Business Oregon, FEMA Pre and Post-Disaster, BRIC, Oregon Emergency Management and many others, EMC has and continues to obtain millions of dollars per year on behalf of clients via Federal, State, county and local funding sources,  in order to assist various facility maintenance, repair, restoration and construction projects.

Over the last 15 years we have seen a growing number of permitting and funding related tasks necessary for the completion of our Clients’ (municipal, special district, county, manufacturing and private) projects.

These are almost always required when applying for grant funding opportunities, or for obtaining compliance and/or concurrences for the permitting of landfills, stormwater, development and construction, in-water and over-water work, environmental investigations and cleanups, wetlands, wastewater/stormwater treatment, importing/exporting, etc.
